About Your Dentist

Dr. Macllwaine, DDS was born and raised in Waynesboro, VA. He earned a B.A. in Biology from the University of Richmond before graduating  the Medical College of Virginia (MCV) in 1983. MCV is one of the best known and most distinguished dental institutions in the Southeastern United States.

Continuing Education & Professional Memberships

Following receiving DDS, Dr Abdelsayed further attained an advanced certification in general dentistry with an emphasis on orthodontics, Invisalign, cosmetic procedures, advanced root canal treatment, restorative and prosthetic cases at the postgraduate residency program at Howard University

He then completed a one-year postgraduate general practice residency at the Howard University hospital and affiliated hospitals in DC with emphasis on dental implants, advanced surgical procedures and maxillofacial traumas

Dr. Abdelsayed is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General dentistry, Virginia dental society and District of Columbia Dental Society. He is committed to continuing education in order to remain knowledgeable in state-of-the-art technology, procedures and materials in dentistry. He is currently pursuing his Fellowship at the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). Dr Abdelsayed provides orthododontic treatment with Invisalign

Dr Abdelsayed Has been practicing in Stafford area since 2019

When he isn't practicing dentistry, Dr. Abdelsayed is currently in local soccer and basketball league teams
